Great location and reasonable prices. Pros: The condo is situated directly in front of nice beach access and free public bus into town. (Not too busy - but we came in early June.) The inside of the condo is clean but modest. The kitchen had spare coffee and filters! And the condo pool was clean and fun for the kids after beach days. Cons: the master bed is heavily used/worn-in so I had to sleep in the middle to save my back; the AC is loud so light sleepers should bring earplugs; no washer or dryer in the unit (but we found pay machines in the center of the building).

Yes we could see the ocean and we found a lot of shopping and restaurants via the Breeze Trolley and the Frog Hop. Unit was very clean.
