Pros: The property & being local to all amenities! Overall a very pleasant stay! Cons: There wasn’t anything l didn’t really enjoy! I had a job finding a plug to fit bath or sink. Only downside for me was that the front of the property didn’t face the sun which would have been nice for a morning or evening relaxing drink & read! And l did have a job finding more than a couple of channels on tv! But that was perhaps just me! If l were to come again it would definitely be before the clocks go back as walked to some places on my own in the evening!

Pros: I took my parents to Alicante to look for a property to buy and used this villa to base ourselves in, and it was perfect. It is clean and spacious, and the neighbours were really friendly. Also the property is very close to La Zenia Boulevard and in walking distance to the beach. If we hadn't bought a property ourselves we would definitely stay in this villa again.

Pros: We had a great stay at la casita, there's everything you should need in gittes townhouse, it's spotless and home from home , everything you need in a short walking distance ,supermarkets, bars, restaurants, local market on Saturdays overall a wonderful stay ,thankyou gitte.

Pros: Nice property in pleasant area, good location for exploring Costa Blanca area, great price for property and very good service and communication from the owner Gitte.
