The owner was great with communication and checked it frequently. He answered all questions. He even made the entry code easy for the renter to remember. The house is about a 35-40 minute walk to Shoreline Village with access to a water taxi to see Queen Mary.

This was a beautiful property! We had a wonderful time staying here. The distance to many food places as well as beach access was reasonable and it was a cute little area! Parking wasn’t super convenient and be prepared for potential noisy neighbors but otherwise everything was great! Minor comments- The right lamp in the bedroom flashes and flickers, kinda creepy. The bedroom door doesn’t shut without locking, not a big deal. The door to the laundry room doesn’t shut (maybe it does but not easily). The bedroom also doesn’t have an overhead light so just the one working lamp. Very reasonably priced for what it is. Would definitely stay again!

not quite what the photos and description claims. it has great potential and needs more loving up to meet it's price. could be a gem.
