Kate is easy to work with - answered all questions in a timely manner. The house is adorable - clean & right on the water.

This cottage is exceptional. Spacious, clean, well-appointed and supplied. The host couldn't be more accomodating and communicative. We booked this for a visiting family of 5 from Brazil who had their best trip ever at this waterfront gem. We were all blessed to be here.

We had an awesome experience and stay at Sand dollar Beach Cottage. It was so peaceful to wake every morning to the sound of the waves outside our door. Every day of our 10 day stay we had wonderful views and saw many beautiful creatures: Bald Eagles, Sea Lions, Otters, Porpoises and many others. It was amazing! Katrina was an amazing host. She was always available if we had questions. We will definitely return for another visit to Vashon Island and the Beach Cottage.

This is a super cute property on the shore with amazing views. My stay was cut short due to property issues that can happen to anyone at anytime and easily resolved, but things happen to homes. As a home owner, I totally understand this so I would never ding a rental because of this. Kat was amazingly responsive and took care of dealing with this while making sure I was refunded for the day I couldn’t stay there while they fixed the property. Stuff happens and all you can do is deal with random life events; and, during those times it’s so great to have the person involved with problems work with you instead of making it hard for everyone. Kat is very communicative and the property is amazing. I missed out on the second day stay that I was looking forward to, but I will totally return to this amazing property.
