**NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS. PLEASE be honest. We can sleep 8 adults comfortably and any more than this will be too crowded.

**Check-in time is 4pm or after. Check-out time is by 11am. Please observe check-in and check-out time as we have guests checking in and out back to back on the same day. Due to tight cleaning schedule, late check-out is not allowed. Early check-in is likely not possible—however, if the home is ready before check-in time, we will send you a message to let you know.

** Please accurately disclose the number of guest(s) for your reservation. Extra guest fee is $25.00 per person per night, after 6 guests.. You will be subjected to $75 fine per person per night if you fail to include extra person(s) when making the reservation.
