Whether you are here for a birthday celebration, a couples getaway, a girls trip, a content shoot, or just need a break from the everyday, The Royal Retreat has you covered.

2.No smoking of any kind inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and THC products.

3.THC use is permitted outdoors in the designated area only.

4.No parties or events without prior written approval and additional fees.

5.Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Be respectful of neighbors.

6.No pets allowed.

7.Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

8.All trash must be bagged and placed in the outdoor bins before checkout.

9.Do not rearrange furniture or remove any items from the property.

10.Report any damages immediately. Unreported damages discovered after checkout will be charged in full.

11.Lost or damaged robes, slippers, towels, or linens will be charged at replacement cost.

12.No illegal activity of any kind on the premises.

13.Guests are responsible for all members of their party, including any visitors.

14.Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property for safety purposes only. No interior cameras.
