This was a great property with walkable beach access, a nice pool, and very quiet & relaxing!

We had a great stay! Loved the proximity to the beach (across the street) without having to pay the beachfront prices. Unit was perfect for our family of 4. We can’t wait to go back to Longboat and hopefully stay here again!

Room was clean. Nice furniture especially the bedroom. No filter for the coffee machine Should add to the listing bring Keurig or supply filters .I'm not interested in a buying service for coffee. Host was good but I prefer an individual owner vs a corporation.

Well furnished with all the amenities.
Location was great between the bay and the gulf with shopping and dining within walking distance.
