The house was perfect for our needs. Three floors, every bedroom had a bathroom. Kitchen was fully supplied with everything needed for cooking, except muffin/cupcake pans, but I had taken my own. The shower curtain in a couple of the bathrooms need to be replaced. The rug in the playroom is rolled up on the edges and provides tripping hazards. The two top floor bedroom beds had tiny bugs in them. We washed the sheets but they were still not completely gone. I did find one of the windows upstairs wasn’t completely closed so maybe they came in thru the window. The host offered to have someone come spray but with two children two and under I did not want that. Overall we enjoyed the house and location and would definitely stay again.

Cabin was as shown in photos, beautiful and clean! Perfect location, only minutes to the Parkway, Dollywood, the Island and Publix! Ideal set up for multigenerational vacation with a main floor bedroom with master bath, 2 masters on top level with a queen pull out in the loft and 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms on lower level that will sleep at least 6. The lower level pool table, theater area for 6, video game arcade and multiple games provided is plenty to keep kids occupied on their own floor. We look forward to staying here again!

Family came from SC and Indiana to celebrate Christmas. The host was over the top accommodating with all our requests and very prompt to answer any question. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time! It was so nice that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. The kids LOVED all the games in the basement. Although the view isn’t amazing, because it’s not high up the mountain, we honestly liked how easy it was to get to the strip. It made going back and forth with the kids easier to do. It was super close to everything. Even got pizza delivered! The owner was wonderful to communicate with. Even sent us a video of a bear one night by the house! The kids loved it. Overall, so pleased with this cabin!
