This place was fantastic! The space was more than enough, and the decor and amenities were top-notch. There was plenty of room to eat, play board games, and the outdoor game room was a delightful surprise. A pool table in the game room would be a BONUS! However, a few remotes didn’t have working batteries, there were spots on some of the towels downstairs, and a bit of dust in several areas, - don’t get me wrong- it wasn’t an unclean house. It just seemed like the cleaning company “we pay for” be doing the bare minimum, like dumping the trash and changing the linens with a few other things. But when you have a diverse customer base- some of whom may have allergies, dusting and spotless linen are crucial. The carpet in a couple of common areas needed the ends secured, as they are definitely a trip hazards. Yet - The temperature was great, and the location was great, with stores like Walmart nearby. The host was also excellent at communicating. The added amenities, such as ceiling fans, personal AC units, and chair hammocks INSIDE, made this place more than we expected. It’s also in walking distance of a little park. I would definitely come back and stay longer. Overall, the property exceeded my expectations. I’m looking for a reason to rebook!

Adorable space, huge bedrooms with VERY comfortable beds.

Yes ! Spent more time daily with family.

This home has some charm and nice finishing touches, and we appreciated the character of the older house. However, there were several issues that impacted our overall comfort and experience. The house was moderately clean, but the a/c is not sufficient for a summer stay. This property has potential with proper care and attention, but based on our experience, we wouldn’t stay here again.
