Book the "Penthouse Happy Moments" in Sonnenstrand, Bulgaria—right on the beach—now! Floor-to-ceiling windows (no balcony) with a stunning ocean view, luxurious furnishings, Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, 2 TVs, air conditioning, and an espresso machine!
By booking this vacation rental, you agree to the following house rules.
House Rules/Terms and Conditions for Vacation Rental
Our vacation rental is a non-smoking property.
We therefore ask that you DO NOT smoke inside the apartment. Thank you very much.
Please let us know your estimated arrival time if it differs from the specified arrival times. The key card will be handed over at the front desk, and if underground parking spaces are needed, arrangements will be made on an individual basis.
We provide bed linens for the duration of your stay. You do not need to remove the sheets before your departure.
Used dishes should be returned to the cabinets clean and dry; the beds do not need to be stripped.
Before you leave, please simply pile all used towels on the floor.
Bathroom.
To prevent lime scale buildup, please wipe down the tiles and glass in the shower after showering.
Leave the window open—and, if possible, the door as well—to air out the room.
Do not throw or pour hygiene products, trash, food scraps, harmful liquids, grease, or similar items into the shower or toilet, as this can cause unpleasant clogs. Please use the facilities provided.
Damage
No one intentionally damages property, but accidents can happen to anyone. Should this occur, we ask that you report the damage to us immediately so that we do not discover it during the final cleaning after your departure.
The guest is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement cost.
Bed linens
Unless otherwise agreed, the cost of the final cleaning is included in the total price. It is calculated based on a standard cleaning effort. If you’d like an additional cleaning, please let us know!
Hair Dryer
We provide a hair dryer for the duration of your stay. You’ll find it in the cabinet under the sink.
Liability
The landlord is not liable for the guest(s)’ valuables.
Towels
We provide towels for the duration of your stay.
Please simply leave the used towels on the floor before you check out.
A small first-aid kit is available in case of emergency; you’ll find it in the cabinet under the sink. However, we hope you won’t need it.
House Rules
Under certain circumstances, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the vacation rental without the guest’s knowledge.
Pets
Pets are allowed in the apartment.
Internet/Wi-Fi
Wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) is available in the vacation rental. The
access code is provided in the vacation rental.
Upon request, we will provide you with a travel crib for children, including bedding, and/or a high chair free of charge. Please let us know what you need when you book.

Kitchen
The kitchen has been completely renovated. Please treat the kitchen furnishings and appliances with care. Please return dishes to the cabinets only when they are dry and clean. The same applies to cutlery, pots, and appliances you have used. Please put everything back the way you would like to find it yourself.
Do not throw or pour any waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, grease, or similar substances into the sink, as this can cause unpleasant clogs.
Ventilation
To prevent mold growth, please ventilate the rooms sufficiently—at least one thorough airing (5–10 minutes) per day, especially after showering.
Trash
Since we are required to sort trash, we ask that you help us with this.
Trash must be sorted as follows:
- Packaging materials (yellow bag), i.e., all packaging with the Green Dot.
- Paper (blue trash can). The bin for this is located by the coat check.
- Organic waste (green bin), i.e., fruit and vegetable scraps, coffee filters, tea bags, etc. - General waste (anything not covered by the first two categories)
- We will dispose of glass bottles and returnable bottles for you upon request.
We provide trash bags.
Parking is available directly in the underground garage within the complex for an additional fee.
