This is a nice pet friendly property. It was clean with a private fenced yard. We had a few maintenance issues that were responded to promptly and repaired on our schedule. It has parking, but does require that you either back out onto the road, or stop in the road to back in. Good central location.

This home has been remodeled and everything is brand new. Hot tub was a wonderful way to end the day. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything a chef would want to create fabulous food. The only drawback to this property is the visibility getting out of the driveway to a busy street isn't great. The location is super convenient to shopping, the beach, everything in Ft Lauderdale is within 15 minutes (depending on traffic conditions)! Also, some additional lighting on the walkway to the hottub would be helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
