Great property. Great location. Kitchen mostly stocked but a few essentials missing like a can opener, Tupperware, tongs. Otherwise great week!

Upon arrival we immediately noticed the house was in need of a deep clean. After getting settled in we discovered bedding that was stained, molded coffee grounds left in the coffee maker, dirty and broken cabinets, and bathrooms with no toilet paper. That first evening one of our kids had damp sheets in the bunk room which had to be washed and dried again. The powder room also had no towels for drying your hands. We called that first evening about the cleanliness and there was no reply. We called maintenance again the following day because the propane tank was empty for the grill. We were told someone would come and no one ever did. We ended up replacing the propane tank ourselves and buying bedding for one of the beds because it was gross. While we were aware ahead of time there is one towel left per person it really is ridiculous for a house that size and for a week long rental. They also left you small packets of dish soap and dishwasher liquid, enough for one use. Overall it felt very cheap for what you are spending to be at this house. The view is phenomenal and the location was great but we would not rent here again due to the above mentioned and lack of follow up on issues. The house is also in need of some maintenance and an interior paint job.

Everything was great and just as advertised!

The house itself was beautiful, but when we arrived, we ran into several problem's.1. The code number to enter the property would not open the door had to call case management.2. Had to carry our luggage up to the third floor because the elevator did not operate.3. The next morning we found out heating the house did not work.4. Ceiling fan on the third floor living area did not work for the whole stay.When I went to use the gas grill, it wasn’t in any shape to use. House the great was missing and very dirty.Kees management were great for opening the door called in for the elevator repair and the heating problem. didn’t bother to call them about the ceiling fan or the gas grill condition. Depends onOverall, the house was beautiful, clean, well equipped and we still enjoyed our stay.Patrick Walsh
