the hot tub was hot enough but the pool heater was broken. we reported the problem and didn't end up getting it fixed to enjoy the extra we paid to have a pool.

The photos do not do this house justice. It is bright and so comfortable. It’s located close toSouth Beach, just a quick bike ride or short walk. The kitchen was well stocked. We wanted to make cookies and couldn’t find a hand mixer. We reached out to the rental company and they dropped off a new mixer in no time. We requested to have the pool heated. When we arrived, it was cold. After contacting the rental company. someone came to repair the heater within hours. We were compensated for the time the pool was not heated. The rental company is fantastic. They even provided us with some great restaurant recommendations.

Excellent experience overall! House was beautiful! Plenty of space. Slight mishap at check in…no call to let us know the house was ready…but rental company was friendly and attentive! Overall excellent experience. Can’t wait to rebook!
