Our home is in the ideal location in Greater Scottsdale. We are right between Old Town Scottsdale, Camelback Mountain, and Fashion Square, near some of the greatest golf courses & spas in the world. Here, you'll be centrally located to access the best of the area: first-class nightlife and entertainment, outdoor activities, and fine dining await you and your group.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, ridesharing services, bike, or public transportation. Both off-street and on-street parking is available. The driveway has space for 2 cars. Should you prefer to leave your car at home, there is a bus stop only a few steps from the house "44th St & Osborn Rd" that will take you to a majority of the shops in the area. Uber/Lyft is a convenient option, too.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES
–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.
–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.

The house was beautiful and I would recommend the place to anyone coming to Scottsdale! The host was amazing and accommodated us on many things. The back yard has a lot of different areas to enjoy!

I thought this house complimented our family coming in from CA and NM, a central location for us. Most importantly, it catered perfectly for my graduation celebration. The host communicated clearly and was quick to respond. There were no difficulties check-in. In fact, we were able to check-in early. The accommodation were perfect and we enjoyed ourselves. Feedback: Maybe include a rug for the front bedroom to make it more cozy, but the bedding was luxurious!!!

Check-in was very smooth, in fact we were able to get in a couple hours early. Property’s very nice. Backyard is great for families with their kids. Much to do. There was a one bedroom that had hair and eyelashes on the pillowcases which we had to strip off and wash we arrived, but otherwise it was clean.

The house was perfect for my birthday trip for me and 10 of my friends. This house easily could’ve fit 20 if people are comfortable sharing beds. The house was very clean as well as the pool and back years area. It’s very close to downtown Scottsdale and phoenix. A 10-15 minute drive anywhere really. Only thing to note that is is right off of the main road but that wasn’t an issue for me and my guests. The property management company was very communicative and responsive on all my needs and questions. Would definitely recommend this property!
