Nice place, comfortable beds and ski and ski out

This unit was in a great location, spacious, and as pictured in the listing. Suited our mixed group of 8 perfectly. The property management company was also helpful and very responsive. Setup for skis and boot warming racks in the garage were perfect. The only negatives were that the mattresses could use to be replaced, the oven wasn't clean, and the unit could use an outdoor grill. Overall, it was an excellent property and I would recommend to others.

This was the perfect ski in/ski out spot on the mountain. It’s the perfect stay. We had 5 adults and four children, and felt VERY comfortable. We would definitely book this again.

Overall, the unit was fantastic. It was clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and the unit was well stocked with essentials like TP, towels, cleaning supplies, and kitchen basics. Location is walkable to slopes within 5 minutes and with the right conditions it's possible to ski back, over the driveway and straight to the doorway of the unit. The only thing preventing a 5-star review is the stairs. It's a 3rd floor walk-up with floating stairs, which is fine, except that the bottom section of the stairs is fully exposed to the elements. With snow every night (which is what we hope and plan for!), the stairs became icy and treacherous. The third step in particular is a doozy because it collects ice dripping from the roofline. The building manager needs to do a better job of clearing/de-icing the stairs, or better-yet, enclosing the stairway which would not take much to accomplish.
