Amazing views with full bathrooms in all 5 bedrooms, 3 washer/dryers, and plenty of room for your sister-in-law's kids to find their own place to play. About a 30 minute drive to all the fun Brason has offer. AC was ICE COLD during 95 days. Not much interaction with the host, but the process from start to finish was almost flawless, check-in and check-out easy peasy. Pickleball and basketball courts available. Decent area to walk your pups right next to the large lazy river. Would easily book again. Thanks for the stay.

The property was clean and close to the pool.

This property was perfect for my family of 12!

When we checked in at 4pm, the unit had not been cleaned. Management seemed to surprised. Finally got cleaned about 8-9pm.Dishwasher would malfunction frequentlyCarpet areas not vacuumedOnly one closet had a few hangers, the rest none.Coffee maker needs cleaning. No bath mats.Master bedroom door handle fell off.Lower level door wouldnt close shut.Lower level dryer didnt tumble.Soap and shampoo dispensers in showers empty. Some answers to questions in the inbox were not accurate. The foosball needs repairFront door electric lock would malfunction and may need batteriesThe lower level patio door didnt lockOn the plus side, the cleaning company was very apologetic and nice. Some of their staff had quit. The management was good about comping us for one night and the cleaning fee. The proximity to the community pool is great.
