Welcome to Caribbean Domicile, your vacation rental company in Las Terrenas. Located on the beautiful Samaná Peninsula, right on the Atlantic Ocean.
You’ve decided to spend your vacation in the Dominican Republic and don’t want to stay in an isolated hotel complex. One of those many hotels where you can’t even tell where in the world you actually went on vacation because—whether in Bulgaria, Greece, Spain, or the Caribbean—all these resorts look the same, and you experience the same thing everywhere… or nothing at all.
We offer you clean, lovingly furnished vacation apartments in the heart of Las Terrenas. These are located in a quiet part of town with little through traffic on a side street, yet they’re still conveniently situated. Both the city center and several beautiful beaches are nearby and easily accessible (even on foot).
There are various shopping options and leisure activities nearby. It’s also not far to Las Terrenas’ legendary nightlife and shopping.
The hospital and pharmacies are also nearby.
Our vacation apartments are ideally furnished for 3 people and can accommodate up to 4 people. (2 adults + 2 children on the sofa) The sofa bed is not recommended for 2 adults 😉.
They are furnished in the typical Dominican style and feature a kitchen with a gas stove, TV, refrigerator, microwave, drinking water cooler, air conditioning, ceiling fans, wardrobe, toaster, coffee maker, and hair dryer.
Soap, toothbrushes, glasses, and all necessary dishes and cookware are, of course, provided on site.
The apartments consist of a living area with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. A spacious terrace with a dining table (also equipped with a fan) is available in both apartments. One car can be parked on the property. There is a covered parking space for scooters or motorcycles.
Towels and bed linens are provided. You also have the option of booking a bread roll service, breakfast service, and transportation to and from the airport. For stays of more than 28 nights, we offer complimentary transportation from Samaná. (other airports at reasonable prices) We live in Las Terrenas ourselves and offer you 24/7 on-site service in Spanish, English, and German.
We’d also be happy to help you book tours, leisure activities, or rent a vehicle.
Water, drinking water, trash removal, towel service, final cleaning, and gas are included in the rental price.
You’ll receive the apartment keys directly from us on site.
Electricity is billed via separate consumption meters. 10 kWh/night (
