I would love to give this place 5 star rating, however, the host was not very accommodating. We had visited in March hoping the weather would be warm but unfortunately a storm rolled through during our stay dropping it down in the high 50s. We had asked the host if they would be able to turn the pool heat on so we can still utilize it and they said they couldn’t and I had to book with that option. Well when you don’t recommend that option, why would I book with that option. It’s as easy as flipping a switch, I had no problem paying for it.

Host was responsive to first day concerns.A few items need some TLC. Sliders were extremely difficult to open and close. Downstairs bathroom lock is broken. Two guests got locked in temporarily. We pointed it out to maintenance on first day. Overall was clean and well stocked. Excellent location.

Nice place, right on beach. Our own pool was a plus with the little ones. Clean and well maintained. Juan was very helpful the entire time since we booked it.

Everything went as planned, we loved the view from our doors. Villa was accommodating, spacious and comfortable.
