This is a beautiful five-bedroom property located in a private estate in Gouverneur. It is only a few minutes away from the beautiful Gouverneur beach, as well as from Gustavia’s shops and restaurants.
The Space:
It was built around a central patio in a revamped "hut" style in a typical Caribbean architecture. Holiday rental was designed to offer the most refined luxury. The living room widely opens onto the terrace, and is furnished with sofas, armchairs and cushions in the mild breeze of the trade winds, as well as a HDTV for delightful movie nights. The dining room adjoins the living space with a beautiful rectangular table which can accommodate up to ten guests. In a fabulous combination of indoor and outdoor spaces facing a strikingly beautiful ocean view, vacation villa creates a peaceful and serene atmosphere for a perfect Caribbean stay.
On the sunny terrace that connects the open living room to the pavilions, there are sun loungers set up for delightful moments under the St. Barths sun, for whatever you wish: either reading, talking or simply relaxing in the dream ambiance. A sumptuous heated infinity swimming pool stretches over the width of the terrace, close to palm trees and local shrubs that create a very romantic atmosphere. The vacation villa in St. Barths is composed of five air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All have king size beds, except one bedroom which is furnished with twin beds.
