The open floor plan of kitchen and living space is great! The back covered deck is also great! The beds are comfortable! The listing says it comes with a heated pool but the pool is only heated if you pay additional costs/fees which isn’t explained until after you book. You have to pay for the heat before you check in so you don’t if you need it heated or not. That was a let down. The canal is very narrow so the aerial views make the property look bigger than it is but we had a really good time.

Very nice property with and layout of home. Enjoyed the outdoor area.

Great location! Loved the pool and being right on the canal. Even saw some dolphins up close in the canal. A couple of the beds were very squeaky and they needed more wash cloths. But overall was a wonderful vacation!

Cortez Cabana was perfect for our group attending a lacrosse tournament for the weekend. The home was spacious, clean and fully stocked with the essentials. The weather was great so we enjoyed the pool, outside area and grilled as well. The grill looked brand new and was clean! Communication was great throughout the weekend as well. Thank you for your hospitality and use of your beautiful home!
