Take a hike to the top of Signal Hill to enjoy the ocean views or a short drive to the Quidi Vidi Brewery. Immerse yourself if the charm of the city with a stroll along Jelly Bean Row or for a morning coffee at The Parlour just down the street.
Access with a smart lock code, you will be sent your unique access code prior to check-in
The entire unit is yours to live in and enjoy! We provide fresh linens, towels, coffee, tea, and basic essentials upon your arrival.
For stays of 30 nights or more, snow clearing during the stay is the guest’s responsibility unless snow service is arranged for a fee
Please note the washroom is accessible through the bedroom in the loft. We provide fresh linens and towels, toiletries, condiments, coffee and tea, and basic essentials upon your arrival.

Charming historic home, very comfortable. I had the best sleeps in the king bed. The location can't be beat as its walking distance to numerous restaurants and amenities. The off street parking was nice as well.

The loft was as advertised. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. It was a bonus to have a parking space. The location was perfect, near Bannerman Park and The Parlour Gelato. The security clearance process with TRUVI was a bit cumbersome but the check-in at the unit went very smoothly. Would recommend.

A wonderful spot to explore St. Johns. The private parking was super convenient and the king bed was very comfortable.

Would definitely stay again! Private parking spot was great. Very walkable area and right across the street from Government House.
