This was a lovely place to stay while we were in town for a family reunion! It had all the amenities to be comfortable and was super clean and maintained! The owner was also very helpful and quick to respond. One of my favorite parts was sitting on the porch in the evening and watching various wildlife and looking at mountains. There was a cute groundhog that we got to watch in length, plus some bunnies, field mouse, and Barn Swallows.

Quick one night stay. Easy in, easy out. Beautiful views.

This was the second time we rented from the Strictlands. Their homes are perfect for families to stay in. Well thought out, clean, comfortable , plenty of space for everyone. Location is great, close enough to town, and not hard to get to like some of the VRBO’s we’ve stayed at in the mountains. We highly recommend any of the Strictland’s Properties!

Although I had to work, we still had a great time in Franklin. The house was perfect, and the view was amazing.
