I liked the place overall. There was previous writing on the patio, the bed was broken and hard to sleep on. I like that it was a 2 minute walk to the beach and for the most part quiet.

Very nice little unit. The August 18th Terrible review by Beverly is way out of line. The unit was clean and mostly as described. Yes, the floors quickly get dirty and sandy. In Myrtle Beach there is sand everywhere for several blocks from the beach. You can't help but drag it in on your feet. The pictures shown are a very good representation of the place. There is one couch that is showing its age. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The unit nicely accommodated our 5 adults. Now, the TV and Internet did not work and that was a disappointment.

"The place is wonderful, just one block from the beach! Kitchen supplies are stocked and make cooking really easy. When we arrived the place was very clean and the owner answered all of my questions. "
