The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to help out. The room was clean and spacious

As always, super clean and modern. Rooms are functional and mattresses true western-style (iykyk :-) )
Great location next to train station (not noisy at all - no trains at night?) with bus services or fairly short drive to explore the Mt. Aso area. Restaurants and Lawsons in walking distance.

The common room has a shared oven and microwave,
but it gets a bit noisy because so many people have family meals there.
