It was a big help when they helped us to book taxi's. Only issue was the sometimes working wifi.

The property perfectly met my needs for my stay. It was nothing fancy, but is quite nice and I was as comfortable as I would have been at the expensive hotel up the street. The host was very pleasant and helpful, especially when I showed up at the wrong lobby. I would stay here again!

The AC was blasting the whole time so it felt nice after coming back from a hot day. The water pressure was kind of lacking for shower, though it's a plus since there's a bidet. Have to message the owner to check in.

This hotel is a great deal for the price.
Great location where it is very safe to walk anywhere along Newport boulevard and go to the Newport Mall and all the restaurants and casinos and everything else that you would need to do. The pool could be updated a little bit with new deck boards and the rooms could be updated a little bit, but overall it's a great deal for the price
