Mondrian Hong Kong

The property is stylish, in a great location and the staff were exceptionally attentive. The restaurant provides a fantastic freshly cooked breakfast, great food and views

There’s no pool

It’s in a good location, close to the K11 shopping mall & a short walk to the Star Ferries

Nothing

Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Great location.

Nothing.

Well fitted out property, staff need more training. Very aesthetic hotel but the service does not align with other high end chains, although they do make an effort to give service to that level. Most rooms look into the local neighbouring high rises so be careful of “city view” rooms, if you don’t want to look into the kitchen of a local you’ll likely need to book a high floor at an additional charge. Overall the hotel is okay and the location is also okay.

Very hot in the room, breakfast was not very good.
