Very clean. 3 br's with queen sized beds plus a loft with 2 singles. Was able to pull off the alley and park the boat without needing to unhook the boat.Had access to the garage to store fishing gear overnight. Extension cord from the garage available to charge the boat batteries. Didn't use the hot tub but looked well maintained. Overall, very convienent and comfortable.

Great location. Very clean, we relaxed, my wife and her friend loved to hot tube. Will stay again.

Thomas, this house was exactly what we were looking for after long days of fishing on Lake Erie. Good parking, kitchen filled with needed utensils, comfortable beds, washer/dryer for wet clothes, plenty of chairs and lounge couches. This place was great. Great communication with host. Short drive to launch and downtown for a night out. Always hesitate on listing cause most over exaggerated what they have as amenities but this listing was spot on. Super glad the hot tub was up and running, we definitely enjoyed it a few evenings. Looking forward to renting again. Could not have been happier. Thanks Rick

House was overall in good shape, upon arrival the house was clean and smelled like it had been cleaned recently. Was easy to get inside the house and there was enough space for a 9 person bachelorette party. All the mattresses were comfortable and plenty of bedding and towels were provided. The private entryway to the back deck hot tub area was nice as well. There is only one bathroom obviously which caused some interference in a house with 9 girls, which I should’ve expected. The one window unit AC in the living room, kitchen, and sun room area had a hard them keeping up with the 95 degree day which is understandable. There is no central AC, but after awhile the unit did cool the area off. There is another one in a downstairs bedroom and one for the upstairs. While we were there the fridge was not properly functioning and while the property manager was quick to respond and try to find a solution, I did have to run to Walmart at 10pm to buy enough coolers and ice for all of our food for the weekend since nothing could be done during our few days there.
