To ensure the plants remain in good condition, our housekeeper waters and maintains the porch plants based on Chiang Mai's rainfall patterns (typically around 10 AM, taking approximately 1-2 hours). Additionally, they are responsible for cleaning the entire living area on the first floor. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.***
Despite our proximity to the main road, our house is situated on a small square adjacent to the main road. This unique location provides us with the convenience of being close to the center while avoiding noisy disturbances. Of course, except for Saturday evenings until 11 pm when our front faces the renowned Saturday Night Market. During this time, you can fully enjoy the vibrant and colorful marketplace.

We had a lovely stay at this place! The communication with the host was so wonderful, they always responded very quickly! The place was very clean and well kept. All of the rooms were very clean as well. The place was much bigger than it seemed from the listing! Great area as well, you can walk to lots of things! I would highly recommend this place!

This property is in a good location, very close to old town. The home is very large and it was great to have a bathroom in each bedroom. It is very clean. The living area is quite sparse with uncomfortable chairs for seating. . A sofa or sectional would have made a big difference as far as comfort. Also the stairs to the bedrooms are quite steep. This property would not be good for someone with mobility issues.

This home worked out well for my family’s two week stay in Chiang Mai. Communication with owner was extremely helpful and timely about property. We also appreciated the housekeeper that stopped in. Thank you for a great stay!
