Our apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 parking spaces for exclusive use. Fully equipped.

Spacious and secure areas within the condominium, with various amenities such as beach-style pools, sports courts, a gym, a laundry room with a modern app-based system, and a children’s play area. Jacuzzis.

We provide hand towels, bath towels, all toiletries, liquid soap, dish soap, kitchen towels, and a dish sponge.

Guest Access
Our guests have access to all areas of the property: only the outdoor hot tub, gym, and laundry room require a fee; 2 artificial beaches, a navigable lagoon with kayak rentals in the summer, tennis, soccer, basketball, and volleyball courts, a hiking trail, a restaurant, a food truck, and a playground. Instructors and recreational activities are available during high and mid-season.
