Overall, the home provided exactly what we needed. There was an issue with the check-in instructions email, but when I messaged the host, it was quickly resolved. It also appeared that the cleaning service had either not been there or did not complete their work before check-in (to be fair, we checked in early) When I reported this to the host, he responded immediately, apologized, and thanked me for letting him know. We were only there 2 nights, so we did not request cleaning, however, I am sure the host would have sent someone, should we have asked. Host is very nice and quick to respond. The home is very large and could easily and comfortably accommodate large groups. Nice neighborhood, not too far from surrounding cities/activities. Thank you!

One of the couches has 2 broken legs. So we had to avoid that I let the host know and they were good with communication. One of the rooms had no power we assume it was a breaker but are not sure told the host Friday said they would send someone out. And by Saturday night they had said there was no one that could come out. We understand electrical issues happen just would have liked to have gotten someone out to fix it.
