At the heart of the apartment is the wonderful open plan kitchen, living and dining area.
Light and bright living area with a sofa, arm chairs and large Smart TV with French and British channels. Large sliding doors leading to a private balcony with local peak and town center views.
Large dining table to comfortably sit 6 people.
Fully equipped modern kitchen with stone work top, full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and washer/dryer.
Master bedroom: An en-suite room with a super comfy king size bed (can be split into 2 singles, please specify at time of booking), built in wardrobe, Smart TV, private balcony and en-suite bathroom with large shower cubicle toilet and sink vanity unit.
Bedroom 2: A stylish second bedroom with twin beds (can be set as a king bed, please specify at time of booking), Smart TV and built in wardrobe storage.
Bedroom 3: A coin montagne style featuring a hand built bunk bed with full size single beds. There is a built in storage for clothes and bed side shelves and wall lamps for each level of the bunk, ideal for children or adults to provide flexible sleeping arrangements. The term coin montagne does mean that this room has no window but it is ventilated, this new modern style means that there is a door to provide privacy.
Family Bathroom: is located next to bedroom 2 and is spacious with large shower cubicle, sink with vanity unit and toilet.
There is a private cave for ski equipment storage with boot warmers - no cold wet boots the next day!
The cave is also suitable for secure bike storage. (up to 2 bikes). Further bikes can be stored in the allocated parking space, anchor points are provided.
Public bike washing facilities are available close by at the bottom of the Pleney telecabin.
Parking: 1 allocated parking space (with electric car charging point) is provided in the communal underground garage for the building, however the garage height and width is restrictive and larger cars may find it difficult to access the parking. Height restriction of 2m.
