Home was spotless, and very homely.Communication was excellent from the host.We travelled here from the UK and will be highly recommending this place to others. We will most definitely be back. The area was lovely and peaceful after a busy day down town.We throughly enjoyed our stay here

We were impressed with everything about Jason's house - the decorating, the landscaping, the location, the whole shebang. We felt very welcome, and I am glad we chose to stay in East Nashville, as the neighborhood had a very good community vibe. The house was walking distance from a really nice park with a playground for the kids. The house had everything we needed, and I was excited to see there was recycling and reusable grocery bags. There were lots of fun restaurants and coffee shops around, and Jason gave great recommendations. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in Nashville, and I would also recommend it to friends.

This place is so fun and in the cutest neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. The host gave great recommendations and made us feel welcome.

Super nice, fun/eclectic home with beautiful landscaping, creative/thoughtful design, and super convenient to downtown for concerts/sports/music scene, etc. Host Jason is very friendly and helpful!
