Stunning apartment, perfect location Dale was very helpful with our check in request. Have already recommended to our friends in Auckland to stay with you Massive thank you Dale Perfect host

Lovely apartment with everything you need and great views. Clean and easy instructions from host with lots of information. The only problem was the noise levels from bars and restaurants two out of three nights (but one did include NYE).

Had a superb stay! Apartment was very clean & tidy. Had everything we needed. Close to all the restaurants which is what we wanted. Greta location and wonderful views. Would stay again. Thanks.

We recently stayed at this apartment and found it to be exactly as pictured, in a great location right in the Viaduct. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-appointed, especially the kitchen, which was perfect for us since we did a mix of self-catering and dining out. It had everything we needed to prepare meals easily.Regarding communication, I flagged issues with receiving links and provided a solution that worked, but the process remained unchanged for subsequent communication. While polite, the team applied a fixed approach that didn’t adapt to improve the customer experience.Overall, a good stay in a fantastic location, and we’d recommend it for anyone looking to be in the heart of the Viaduct.
