Economy Inn

You’re getting exactly what you pay for here. It’s an older budget motel—not the Ritz—and there are definitely some quirks. My TV never cooperated, the A/C acted more like a fan, and you can tell the building has been around for a while. But here’s why I’m giving it four stars instead of two: the room was clean, the rates were very affordable, and every staff member I dealt with was genuinely kind. When I accidentally ruined my room key, they unlocked my room right away and brought me a new key as soon as they had it programmed. Little things like that matter. If your expectations are “I need a safe, clean, inexpensive place to sleep,” I think this place delivers. The people who run it have been nothing but courteous to me, and I’d stay here again if I needed an affordable place in Appleton.

Parking was fine. Felt like a safe place.

Staff is responsive to all requests. The primary lady who runs the hotel is always available.
