Zimmer Boutique Hotel

It is peaceful, yet next lane to Nizami Street. They gave us bfasst at 7:30am though normal time is 8am and cost is 5 manat per person. Rooms are big. Rooms with windows are better than rooms with balcony as the walls of balcony are too high and you cannot see outside. They asked me if I wanted them to clean the room the next day which every hotel does not ask. All the staff was good and especially the young girl. They all were lovely and had a smile. There was a water dispenser at reception and you can fill the water as Azerbaijan water is expensive.

Nizami Street is only for walking so be prepared that you will have to drag your bag atleast in one lane and then climb 20 stairs to reach the reception at first floor. Your luggage can be taken upstairs by their staff. Rooms are on first floor with window and second floor. is with balcony.

Perfect location in the heart of Baku. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. For Formula 1 visitors, the location is ideal as the entire F1 circuit can easily be reached on foot. Highly recommended!

The room was quite small, with limited space between the bed and the bathroom door. My room had a small balcony, which was a nice addition, although unfortunately there was no real view.

Okay so firstly, the location is great! It is right in the heart of Nizami and a perfect place to stay while not being too expensive either. Secondly, the reception staff was super friendly, fluent in English and very helpful. Jana, Rauf and the hotel manager Javed (sorry if I got any of the spellings wrong) were super helpful with everything from breakfast, booking the room, airport transfers and any other requests. Their balcony rooms and non-balcony junior suite are both spacious! Also, their Wifi is great, the view from the rooms is great, and also have all the required amenities in the rooms.

While this isnt an issue and not the hotel's fault, they have a few stairs to climb. However, dont worry just walk up and the staff help you bring your luggage up themselves. Like I said earlier, everyone is super helpful and speak English perfectly!

The hotel from inside was very neat and clean. The staff is very cooperative. Its location is too good, just few steps away from Nizami Street. Internet speed was good. All rooms have either a ballony or a small terrace. There is electric kettle and bedroom fridge in each room It had neat and clean washrooms and bedding. The breakfast was minimal but well laid out and nicely cooked.

The hotel is on first floor of a building. The stairs leading to first floor are very scary and smelly. There was strong smell of cats litter al along the stairs. At night there was little light at the stairs.
