Palais Jena Hotel & Spa

The pool was clean and just a dream to swim in after a hot day. The room was big. Wifi is fast. The bathroom is huge with two sinks, a shower and a separate bath tub! The ambience of the hotel gave an indication of grandeur and luxury. The staff is super friendly. The hotel grounds are lush and green. Location is a 25 min / 30 Dirham taxi ride from the centre of the medina. 10min drive to a big shopping centre with supermarket. The breakfast choices were good and plenty.

The price. Although everything the ad said to be there was there, the vibe of the room was one of long gone grandeur and it felt cold instead of comfy. All floors were tiles with some of them loose and uneven. The bed was higher at the foot end than the head end. And the location on a busy road was noisier than expected. None of it a big deal or showstopper. But for the price we paid here, we expected a more comfortable stay than the room afforded.

L'accueil et le petit déjeuner sont exceptionnel! Merci a tous les membres du personnel ! Un vrai accueil a la marocaine

Je n'ai pas prévu de rester longtemps et c’est bien dommage
