Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Personal ist super freundlich. Sehr gute Lage, zum einkaufen oder an Strand.

Very friendly and positive owner who left very positive impression. The beds were ok, the breakfast was pretty good even if it's a fixed plate breakfast (same as in the restaurants there). Location was good for visiting the beach. They reserved parking places on the street for us. Nice big TVs. Sofa was ok. Visually it looks really nice in the restaurant/reception area and outdoors. The Internet was ok most of the time.

1) one of the 2 families asked if it was possible to do a card payment on their reservation, but had to pay in cash, increasing their costs for FX rates and bank fees significantly. I insisted on a card payment or IBAN transfer and got the card payment. 2) no towel changes or proactive bed sheet changing in the span of 7 days. Only 4 towels for showering, no hand towels. No toiletries change. The beds sheets for.our check in were moist. They should have enough buffer sheets for when rooms are vacated. The glasses in the cupboard were not clean. 3) The place looks ok, but needs some monor repairs and minor upgrades. There are huge holes in the mosquito nets, so we wouldn't dare to air it out. Even without the holes the frames don't fit. No bed stands (a mini-chair held my CPAP machine so at least I didn't have to put it on the floor). Some light switches didn't work ok. TV remotes didn't work.. All of these are relatively easy to follow up and fix. 4) Due to lack of proper reception and English skills it's difficult to leave a request to get the TV remote replaced or a replacement bedsheet when it got dirty. 5) they had a functioning shower outdoors and the grandfather who lives there uses it after swimming in the sea, but when you go and try to wash the sand off your kids, you get the grandma running up to point you to the hose, so you can wash the sand off on the street. Didn't really make us feel too welcome. 5) There is an apartment on the first floor with a bathroom vent going out Into the dining area/ restaurant. A simple fan and vent can fix this ...
