The apartment was well-maintained and appointed on a very quiet residential block. It was easy to walk into Upper Manhattan (Inwood or Washington Heights). The hosts were very nice, even giving me a ride to the subway station when I checked out.
I did not have a good description of the house and the number was hard to find/read at night. I ended up walking up and down the block at a late hour trying to figure out which one it was.
Also, a very minor complain: With so many remotes sprinkled about unlabeled, I had trouble figure out which went with which appliances/fixtures/devices.

The cleanliness and friendliness of the host
The. Neighborhood surrounding the house per se is good but there are strange areas you have to pass when walking from subway to the place
