We had a wonderful stay - it was a great spot to relax and unwind as a family.

The property was clean, the pool was warm, the location was convenient to access ASU and the freeways. The game room was a nice space to spend time as a family in the evenings.

We stayed at the property for two nights for a soccer tournament. The advance communication from the property manager was excellent, and they were responsive to our questions throughout the stay. The shared space of the living room/family room/kitchen is very nice, and we enjoyed the pool. My pre-teen loved the game room and set up shop in there. The listing says "1 double sofa bed" in the game room. The pull-out in the game-room is a small padded chair that extends out flat; it was not really long enough for my avg-sized 12 year old, and was smaller than a single wide mattress. No sheets or pillows were provided for that room. Nice property overall, but make sure you aren't counting on that room for someone to sleep in.
