Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Our building is located on lively Rue Saint-Denis, one of Montréal’s central and vibrant streets.
Important to note:
While the unit is equipped for comfort, guests should expect normal city sounds, as well as neighboring sounds typical of older buildings, such as occasional noise from the hallway or nearby units. This is part of everyday life in a historic urban neighborhood and is important to consider if you are sensitive to noise.
Saint-Denis is home to a great street festival named 'Montreal Comic Arts Festival' (May 15-17, dates vary). During that week, Saint Denis (between Gilford and Roy) will be pedestrian only. Please note that parking and circulation by vehicle will not be possible at that time.
The closest metro station to our building is Mont-Royal station - orange line (10 mins walk). In addition, there are many bus lines that pass through the neighborhood (30, 11, etc.). There is also a bike path on a good part of Saint-Denis street, which makes biking very pleasant. Not to mention that there is many BIXI station (bike rental) located around our building.
Additional Information:
- A hold of $200 will be placed on the credit card used to book your reservation up to 7 days before your reservation. This amount will be fully released after inspection at the end of your stay.
- Late check-out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM to allow us to prepare the space for our next guests. Any departure after 11:00 AM will incur a $50 fee. If the unit has not been vacated within 30 minutes, a full additional night may be charged.
- Please note that Unique Stays uses a 3rd party (STRIPE) to process all online payments. The Stripe processing fee is 2.9% of the total amount paid + C$0.30 . When a reservation is eligible for a full refund, Unique Stays will reimburse the total amount MINUS the STRIPE processing fee (2.9% of the total amount paid + C$0.30) as these processing fees are not reimbursed to us.

We spent two nights here as part of a larger fall colors road trip. The location and accommodations were very convenient for us and met all of our needs. While we mostly walked to parks (Parc du Mont-Royal) and sites (Basilique Notre-Dame de Montréal), we also took a quick road trip to walk Parc national du Mont-Saint-Bruno - beautiful in autumn!

The apartment is very comfortable and in a fantastic location. We walked or biked everywhere using this as our base. Would definitely stay here again!

This small but cute apartment is great for short stays, right on St Denis. On the back side of the building, we found it quiet and did not require the provided ear plugs. Mostly, we enjoyed that it was bright and cheerful, very well equipped, in a super convenient location near restaurants and shopping. Just like photos. Will stay again if we can.
