The villa was well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with every amenity. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were outstanding. The interior was nicely and tastefully decorated. Beautiful landscaping, well maintained pool and outside furniture. The views are amazing. Excellent location.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT EXCEPT THAT THERE WAS NO CABLE TV AND NO WIFI IN THE MASTER SUITE.

Villa 2 was a joy to have as our home for 6 nights. The Villa was clean, Organized and provided all we needed. The views were amazing and the sounds of the waves could be heard from every room. Having a beach right outside was perfect. We would want to be here again if in Rincon.

The stairs that went down to the beach, the only way to get there, had no railings, the stair treads were very narrow making getting up and down somewhat like climbing a ladder. After a week there and me registering a complaint, the owner had his handyman come and put up railings around the platform and a railing down the stairs. that made it safer but he still needs to put in wider stair treads as these are way to narrow. It is a simple and easy fix he just needs to do it. He did refund me a little $ for the inconvenience of no railings. And for the $$$$ a week I was paying for a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that is certainly not asking much. This place is definitely overpriced given the many other areas to rent in Rincon that also boast magnificent views, pool, private beach. Definitely look around before choosing this villa/condo.
