The unit was nice, modern and clean and in a great location. We got off to a rough start because we got there late, and the code was wrong. Couldn't get in contact with the host and after a little over an hour, VRBO was able to get us an access code. A little frustrating. The owner did profusely apologize in the morning and made it up to us gracefully. Otherwise, great communication with the owner. 2 things someone should know. The unit is not to a very similar unit and have a shared washer and dryer (which is outside the unit) and a shared backyard. We did not realize it when we made the reservation. But, besides that, everything was great. Terrific location near Atlantic Ave and lots of other stuff. Unit is otherwise nice. Be aware of pretty small bathroom. Shower is great.

Perfect location. Needs some TLC with livingroom furniture/paint kitchen/bath. Bath is small for more than one person.
