place is well run. clean. furnished nicely.
its directly on the beach and the boardwalk. the balcony overlooks the Miami skyline with fabulous nighttime sunsets every night.
we plan to stay again. really fun place.

Whenever I needed help, I got immediate help from the property owner. It was very impressive. Valet parking was a bit confusing at first, but after getting used to it, it wasn't a problem.

We didn't realize it was the Penthouse so we were pleasantly surprised. Very roomy and great view! Restaurant and Tiki pool bar were perfect added touches. Would def stay again.

While the property was beautiful the unit was full of mold. So badley we had to sleep with the doors and windows open. I was so worried we would get sick . The property was beautiful. The pool, shops, restaurants on the property was awesome but the smell, the broken dryer that some how made my clothes more wet , the broken closet doors, and mold growing in the bathroom were horrible.
