I like the condo. The amenities are fine as well. The elevator situation was a big issue. Only one elevator that works for floors above 6th floor, so it was a long wait to get up and down. We waited up to 30 minutes to have room to take beach items down. The other issue was construction on the house right next door. It starts at 7 and goes through a good part of the day. There is no peaceful rest on the wonderful balcony this room offers.

The condo was beautiful and nicely decorated. Very open with wonderful views. Communication with the host was very easy and quick.

Beautiful, large unit with expansive Emerald Coast beach front and sunrise views. Nicely appointed and comfortable with all the luxuries of home including leather recliners and soft sheets. Well-equipped kitchen. Fast elevators. Watercrest has a nice pool, friendly staff and large beach space. Reserved covered parking, but still requires purchase of parking pass. Photos and descriptions are accurate except this unit is not western/sunset side of complex. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay! Great views of the beach and space was as described. Will definitely be staying with these hosts again in the future.
