Fredie is great and very thorough and responsive in communicating. The property is clean and well maintained and in a great central location. The decor is an impressive commitment to the psychedelic and a lot of fun.The property is not in an upscale neighborhood but it is lovely, safe, and right near Churchill Downs with easy parking right out front and lots to do nearby.

Freddie was an amazing host. We had a couple things that we had questions about and he responded quickly. We were missing an item and he had someone bring us one. Very communicative and helpful.

Went for the horse races. Didn’t really look for anything else. Cool place.
