Thought we would visit Whitstable as heard great feedback and we were not disappointed what a great town full of character The house was also a lovely surprise and surpassed our expectations Great location ,super Whirlpool and the bedroom ceiling mounted cooling fans a revelation in this weather Highly recommended and we will return

Only complaint was the remote control on tv didn’t work no matter what we tried I think this should be looked at as if you have children it could be very disappointing

Fabulous all round really. A wonderful location and a beautifully presented property. We hope to revisit again soon!

No host but key safe worked well.I was sorry there was no welcome pack; there were tea bags but nothing else which I thought unusual.Hot tub was well maintained and really appreciated in the cold weather though a hose or water source nearby would have kept our feet cleaner going in.The hosts were friendly and efficient when electrics went wrong and responded immediately which we were impressed with. We had to ask how to adjust the tv sound but did manage to learn which remote systems worked for that.February being cold and wet is a hard time to enjoy a break with the kids but the house was warm and a great refuge after a seaside walk. We also took the bus to Canterbury and were happy to find the bus stop close by.
