Fantastic property and property owners. The property is everything they say it is in the property listing! Rent it for family fun or a great business gathering location.

Tampa 1906 was an amazing place! Game area, living area & kitchen were all in one open area on the 1st floor, plus the bunk bedroom & a half bath. Outside the full glass doors was the pool & hot tub, with a covered outdoor area with comfy chairs & table to eat at plus a blackstone grill & huge TV. There is also a half bath out there also. The 2 stall garage is also attached after this area, with a small workout area, another refrigerator, 5 bicycles, a gas grill, yard games & it was very clean. The upstairs had the other 4 bedrooms all with attached bathrooms & a roomy laundry area complete with an iron, ironing board & a steamer, which we used since we were there for a wedding. Lots of storage & hangers in the bedrooms. We loved that in the kitchen every cabinet & drawers were labeled, which was nice, & so was the walk in pantry. So many things that they thought of in this house, especially for people coming from out of town, they thought of everything! There were 9 adults that stayed, plenty of room to spread out in, & close to downtown Tampa, & the University of Tampa. We would definitely stay here again, or any of their other properties after being at this one. Thank you Gabby!

All in all the property was excellent. We did have some issues with the laundry service. The dryer may have a bad belt as it is extremely loud, and the washer needed reset to unlock. We let the host know. Other than that everything was great.

We had an excellent time.
