I have stayed here many times because it's the perfect place for us. Clean and comfortable, with a great lanai to sit outside. This place is on Harbor Drive on Venice Island, a prime location in walking/biking distance to a private neighborhood beach and also downtown Venice with shops, restaurants etc. I wish I could go back right now!

Great location! Walking distance to the beach and downtown area. Pet friendly as well!

Overall, everything was great. A few suggestions... WiFi password was difficult to find, so maybe post it in a more prominent spot. Beach was awesome, but would be nice to have beach better chairs and some toys for the kids available. Checkout instructions say to put dishes in dishwasher, but there is no dishwasher in the unit! LOL :)

Rental was nice size. Clean and bright. Good size rooms. Hard to find street parking for private beach access, went to public beach instead. But overall nice place. Clean and quiet.
