Large renovated house in which comfort and cleanliness are de rigueur. The living room, dining room is spacious, the kitchen is open to the living room and the sleeping area on the first floor is closed by a door. In this sleeping area, you will find 1 master bedroom with its bathroom and toilet, 2 other bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet as well as a separate toilet. Each bedroom has a French window opening onto one side of the garden.
Upstairs a mezzanine which leads to another sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and a shower room and toilet.
Outside, you can walk on the 4000m2 grounds between olive trees and scrubland. Guests can use the table tennis, billiards and the petanque court or relax by the pool. In addition, an outdoor covered kitchen with all equipment is at your disposal.
Our house is very practical and allows moments of sharing with friends or family. Please note that pets are not invited, that parties (karaoke, musical evenings, etc.) are forbidden and that bed linen is not provided for short stays.
In the village of Bras, there are a few shops that can help you out. From the house, I recommend the very nice walks in the surrounding forests. Our house is located 45 km from Aix en Provence, 50km from Marseille and Toulon. 10 km away, the village of Saint Maximin guarantees you to find everything you need to do your shopping but also tourist sites not to be missed (the Basilica...)
