The apartment faces east and features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 en-suite), a bathroom, a powder room, an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, and 2 parking spaces. Furthermore, the condominium offers complete infrastructure, 24-hour security, a sports area, an adult and children's pool, 3 barbecue areas, a playground, a party room, a games room, and direct contact with nature!
Close to Praia do Forte and Imbassaí beaches, with ecological trails, waterfalls, bars, restaurants, etc. Sleeps 8 people.

**We do not charge for electricity; average daily consumption is 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate. For reservations longer than 30 nights, water and electricity are charged extra.**
***A security deposit of R$1,500.00 is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of booking, and will be refunded within 5 business days after check-out.
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the reception/property.
The rooms are arranged as follows:
Suite 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and wardrobe.
Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and wardrobe.
* Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom, which can be converted into a suite.
